Need for sustainable food production & challenges
The global population is expected to exceed 9.8 Billion people by 2050, requiring major increases in sustainable global food production.
Aquaculture has emerged as the most sustainable and highly-scalable form of protein production, but it is not without its challenges. Disease, feed waste and increasing production costs are all barriers that are holding aquaculture back from achieving its full potential.

What we do
At Wittaya Aqua, we draw on over 80 years of aquaculture experience and scientific expertise to help farms become more profitable, environmentally sound and sustainable.
Led by our Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer Dr. Dominique P. Bureau, our world-class scientific team provides custom expert support paired with our software platforms.
